PURPOSE

IMPULSA MENDOZA SOSTENIBLE S.A. (hereinafter, “IMPULSA”) calls for this PUBLIC TENDER, carried out on the basis of a private initiative declared to be of interest to the company, for the purpose of selecting the most convenient offer and awarding an Exploration Agreement with Purchase Option over the mining properties comprising the mining project known as “El Seguro” (Fausto, Gitana, and El Yeso), located in the Department of Malargüe, Province of Mendoza, owned by IMPULSA, in accordance with the scope, conditions, and specifications set forth in the Terms and Conditions Document governing this process (hereinafter, the “TENDER DOCUMENT”).

OBTAINING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DOCUMENT

The TENDER DOCUMENT, together with all of its Annexes, may be requested by email to concursos@impulsamendoza.com, indicating in the subject line “Request for TENDER DOCUMENT – Public Tender No. 2/2026” and identifying the requester by name or company name, contact details, and email address for the purpose of establishing an electronic domicile. The price of the TENDER DOCUMENT will be USD 5,000 (five thousand US dollars).

Upon receipt of the request, IMPULSA will send the interested party instructions for making and evidencing the corresponding payment, along with the Confidentiality Undertaking for signature.

Access to the TENDER DOCUMENT will be granted once payment has been confirmed, the Confidentiality Undertaking has been duly signed, and, where applicable, the signatory’s authority to act has been evidenced.

Requests for the TENDER DOCUMENT may be submitted until 11:59 p.m. (Arg. time) on August 5, 2026. Requests may be submitted on any day and at any time within this period. Notwithstanding the foregoing, please note that IMPULSA’s administrative office hours are Monday to Friday, on business days, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Arg. time).

SUBMISSION OF OFFERS

OFFERS must be submitted by 1:00 p.m. (Arg. time) on August 18, 2026, in the manner set forth in the TENDER DOCUMENT. Offers submitted after the indicated deadline will not be accepted.

OPENING OF ENVELOPE “A”

Impulsa Mendoza Sostenible S.A. hereby informs that, on August 19, 2026, the Opening Date of Envelope A took place in connection with Public Tender No. 2/2026 — Exploration Agreement with Purchase Option for the “El Seguro” Project. The notary public in attendance certified that one (1) bid was submitted, out of a total of four (4) interested parties that had purchased the Tender Documents.

This information is published in accordance with Article 10.1 of the Terms and Conditions, which requires disclosure of the number of bids received.

The bid received will be evaluated by the Evaluation Committee.
