BOOSTING
FINANCING

To position Mendoza as a regional Financial Hub for Andean exploration mining.

It is a comprehensive program that seeks to position Mendoza as a financial-mining hub, an ecosystem that integrates financial, technical, legal, and management capabilities, aimed at facilitating the financing of mining projects throughout their entire value chain.

The competitiveness of a financial hub—according to the GFCI approach—is determined by its performance in five fundamental dimensions: regulatory environment, human capital, physical and digital infrastructure, financial sector development, and international reputation. These dimensions allow for a comprehensive evaluation of a center’s capacity to attract, retain, and coordinate financial services with a global reach. Specific actions have been defined for each of these dimensions to address the gaps.
