The call is aimed at hiring specialized technical services for the preparation of Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs) related to the development of a new mining district in the northern area of Mendoza Province.
Impulsa Mendoza Sostenible S.A. is inviting interested providers to participate in a Private Tender for the preparation of Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs) corresponding to a new Mining District located in the north of Mendoza Province.
The objective of the process is to hire specialized technical services to carry out the environmental studies required to advance the planning and development of the new mining district, in accordance with current technical and regulatory standards.
The scope of the service includes the preparation of the district’s comprehensive Environmental Impact Report, as well as, complementarily, the Environmental Impact Reports for the mining projects included within it, in line with the technical and administrative strategy defined by the company for the district’s development framework.
These studies represent a key technical stage within the environmental assessment processes that accompany mining project development, as they make it possible to analyze the environmental conditions of the territory, identify potential impacts, and establish prevention, mitigation, and monitoring measures in compliance with applicable environmental regulations.
