Impulsa Mendoza Offers Free Training Programs to Strengthen the Mining Value Chain

The training programs developed under “Impulsando el Conocimiento” are asynchronous and designed to strengthen the capabilities of suppliers and potential suppliers within the mining value chain. The courses include sustainability content developed together with Ausenco and capital markets training created in collaboration with BYMA, in addition to new educational initiatives that will be incorporated in 2026.

The “Impulsando el Conocimiento” program, developed by Impulsa Mendoza Sostenible S.A., continues to consolidate itself as a strategic tool for strengthening suppliers and potential suppliers within the mining value chain.

This initiative offers free, asynchronous and fully virtual training programs designed to facilitate access to knowledge and professional development.

The current training proposals include introductory content focused on two key areas for the development of SMEs linked to the sector: sustainability and capital markets.

The sustainability course was developed in collaboration with Ausenco Argentina S.A., while the capital markets training was created together with BYMA (Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos) through its educational platform, BYMAEDUCA.

The courses are designed to provide practical tools, fundamental concepts and an initial approach to topics that are now central to growth, competitiveness and integration into modern, transparent value chains aligned with international standards.

How to Access the Training Programs

The courses are delivered asynchronously, allowing each participant to complete them at their own pace and from anywhere. Access is completely free through the creation of a user account on Impulsa Mendoza’s e-learning platform.

In addition to strengthening specific knowledge, the program also seeks to generate strategic connections between companies, professionals and key stakeholders within the productive ecosystem, facilitating access to relevant information on financing tools, growth opportunities and new ways of entering the mining sector.

Upon completing each course, participants receive a certificate of completion validating their training.

New training initiatives will also be launched in 2026, expanding and diversifying the current educational offering through both virtual and in-person formats. These new programs will aim to deepen specialized content and respond to emerging industry demands, supporting the evolution of mining activity in the province.

Through this initiative, Impulsa Mendoza reaffirms its commitment to developing local capabilities, professionalizing suppliers and consolidating an increasingly solid, competitive and forward-looking productive network aligned with the current and future challenges of mining.

Interested participants can join the e-learning platform, access the available courses and stay informed about upcoming training opportunities.
