The program offers asynchronous training courses designed to strengthen the skills of current and potential suppliers within the mining value chain. The program includes content on sustainability, developed in collaboration with Ausenco, and capital markets, created in partnership with BYMA, along with new training initiatives to be launched in 2026.
Developed by Impulsa Mendoza Sostenible S.A., the “Boosting Knowledge” program continues to establish itself as a strategic tool for strengthening suppliers and potential suppliers in the mining sector. This initiative provides free, fully virtual, and self-paced courses, making knowledge more accessible to participants regardless of their location.
The current training offerings focus on two key areas for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the sector: sustainability and capital markets.
The sustainability course was developed in collaboration with Ausenco Argentina S.A., while the capital markets training was created alongside BYMA (Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos) through its BYMAEDUCA program.
These courses are designed to provide practical tools, core concepts, and a first approach to topics that are now central to growth, competitiveness, and integration into modern, transparent value chains aligned with international standards.
How to Access the Training Programs
All courses are delivered asynchronously, allowing participants to complete them at their own pace and from anywhere. Access is completely free and requires only the creation of a user account on the Impulsa Mendoza e-learning platform.
In addition to strengthening technical knowledge, the program seeks to foster strategic connections among companies, professionals, and key stakeholders within the productive ecosystem. It also facilitates access to relevant information on financing tools, growth opportunities, and new ways of entering the mining sector.
Upon completion of each course, participants receive a certificate of completion that validates their training.
New training initiatives will also be developed for 2026, expanding and diversifying the current offering through both virtual and in-person formats. These new programs will focus on deepening content, adding specialized tracks, and responding to emerging industry needs, in line with the ongoing evolution of mining activity in the province.
Through this initiative, Impulsa Mendoza reaffirms its commitment to developing local capabilities, professionalizing suppliers, and consolidating a stronger, more competitive productive network aligned with the present and future challenges of the mining industry.
Interested individuals can join the e-learning platform, access the available courses, and stay up to date on upcoming training opportunities.
